About Annie KennedyBorn and raised in Texas, Annie has lived in the Athens area for over 13 years where she has been in Real Estate since 2014. Annie’s diverse work and educational experiences, including an MBA , a GRI designation, Broker’s License, and Spanish Fluency, have allowed her to leverage those skills to better serve her real estate client’s needs. Annie strives for excellence through developing personal and professional relationships with her clients ensuring their home needs are met to a higher level of satisfaction. Annie has moved several times across the country which benefits her clients that are involved in relocating either to Athens or another city. Her husband is former military which gives Annie a clear understanding of many of her client’s unique needs. Annie’s love for the outdoors has led her to operate a sustainable farm, Covenant Valley Farm & Gifts, with her husband, Nolan, raising grass-fed Angus and honey. Annie’s desire to help her community has seen her involved in numerous community activities and organizations, including raising funds for local FFA and 4-H groups, farmer’s markets, and zoning commission in Oglethorpe County.
Annie’s goals, whether you are a first time home buyer, seasoned investor, home seller or looking to find your dream farm, are to ensure that your experience is a positive one. Annie loves working with her clients and sharing her knowledge with them, not only helping them through the real estate process but even after the keys have exchanged hands.
Annie’s favorite pastimes are hiking, travelling, reading, spending time with family and just sitting with her pets. Annie is currently serving as the President of the Athens Network of Womens Council of REALTORS.
