GIVE BACK Real Estate gives 10% of every commission earned to a charity of the home sellers or home buyers choice. We believe that giving back helps the local community and we are committed to supporting the local nonprofit organizations.
Our mission is, first and foremost, to be the best Real Estate company in our market. But, in order to do that, we feel that we must GIVE BACK to our wonderful community to ensure its growth. We care about this community because it cares about us. Giving back to nonprofit organizations and charities is something we believe every individual and business can do to improve the lives of those around them.

Local Area Food Bank – Food Banks provide nourishment for low income and homeless individuals that need help. The Athens Area Emergency Food Bank is just one of many organizations providing nourishment for those in need of help.
Local Area Homeless Shelter – Homeless shelters work to provide safe, clean housing for homeless individuals. This keeps them safe and gives them a place to sleep. The Athens Area Homeless Shelter is one of many organizations that provide shelter for those in need.
Local Area Humane Society – Athens Pets, Athens Humane Society and Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter rescue animals in need and works to find them homes. They work to reduce euthanasia rates through adoption, spaying and neutering animals, and pet retention programs.
Local Area Special Olympics – The Georgia Area 5 Special Olympics is an organization that serves athletes with intellectual disabilities working with volunteers and coaches each year to transform lives through the joy of sports.
Acceptance Recovery Center–The Athens Acceptance Recovery Center helps individuals that are battling with addiction. It educates patients and provides them with the treatment they need in order to recover.
Athens Nurses Clinic–The Athens Nurses Clinic provides free healthcare to low-income individuals in the Athens area. They provide evaluation, treatment, and education for those that need it.
Boys and Girls Club of Athens–The Boys and Girls Club provides a safe and healthy environment for kids aged 6-18. They provide after-school activities to support learning and life skills enhancement.
Butterfly Dreams Farm offers therapeutic riding programs using horses that provides a safe and fun environment for children to receive therapy and riding instruction on horseback wherein the horse plays an integral role in targeting the physical, emotional, social, behavioral, and/or cognitive goals tailored to each child.
Chess and Community–The Chess and Community nonprofit aims to use chess as a tool, along with educational enrichment and community service, to help kids learn to think long-term and develop learning skills. They help to enrich youths’ leadership skills to help them become valuable members of society.
ESP (Extra Special People)–ESP serves children and young adults in the Athens area with special needs. They help support youth with developmental disabilities and their families. They run weekend and after-school programs, family support groups and summer camps.
Habitat for Humanity–The Athens area Habitat for Humanity builds efficient and decent housing for individuals and families in need in and around Athens.
Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund–This foundation is a nonprofit that provides college scholarships to driven women that are in need. It provides scholarships to low-income women over 35 to help them complete college and build better lives.
Meals on Wheels – Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit that provides food to senior citizens. The Meals on Wheels volunteers deliver food to seniors in the Athens area to help support their health and independence.
Nuci’s Space– Nuci’s Space is a nonprofit that helps support those with mental illness and fight the stigma they may experience in their day to day life. With a focus on musicians in the Athens area, their mission is to prevent suicide and provide support and treatment to people suffering from mental illness.
Project Safe– Project Safe is a nonprofit working to prevent and end domestic violence. They provide a network of safe houses to protect victims, as well as educational programs to inform the public about the issue.
Strong Girls – Strong Girls Serve creates opportunities for young women to connect with each other and their community through school groups, service projects, and events. Their programs develop compassionate and inspired leaders.
The Cottage– The Cottage, Sexual Assault Center & Children’s Advocacy Center raises awareness and facilitates the healing of individuals, families, and communities affected by sexual violence and child abuse.
U-Lead – The mission at U-Lead Athens is to provide tools, resources, and a safe and nurturing environment for their students. They look to encourage success in school and to prepare them for future careers and education.
